A homegrown Texan, Terry is a native of Vernon, Texas and earned his BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1972. For nearly a decade Terry was involved in the Savings and Loan Industry as an appraiser and a lender, leading him to become VP of Operations. Knowing the real estate industry from both sides of the desk, in 1988 he launched his firm and as a result, has gained extensive first hand experience. Note his list of accomplishments below:
